Before you book
- Standard hours
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Nights and weekends
- Nights and weekends are billed under Emergency or Special Exceptions status, at time-and-a-half (1.5x) hourly or contract rates.
- Minimum
- Minimum service call is based on a 2 hour service charge.
- Arrival
- Arrival window of at least 1 hour.

What if I need to change the time?
Call or text (858) 722-9573 and we’ll move it.
Do I need to be home?
For indoor jobs, yes, or leave access arranged with us. For outdoor jobs, not always.
How do I pay?
Card or digital payment when the job is done. Larger jobs may need a deposit for materials.
